1 Corinthians 3:18-23(NIV)

18 Do not deceive yourselves. If any of you think you are wise by the standards of this age, you should become “fools” so that you may become wise. 19 For the wisdom of this world is foolishness in God’s sight. As it is written: “He catches the wise in their craftiness”[a]; 20 and again, “The Lord knows that the thoughts of the wise are futile.”[b] 21 So then, no more boasting about human leaders! All things are yours, 22 whether Paul or Apollos or Cephas[c] or the world or life or death or the present or the future—all are yours, 23 and you are of Christ, and Christ is of God.

Foolishness is thinking that we can think or even know what it is that God thinks. We can't begin to imagine or know. We have to release and let go of what we think God should be doing or is doing. We have to even let go of the idea of trying to figure out what God is saying to us and just let Him reveal it to us. For the righteous will live by Faith and that means we may not know exactly what God is doing at that time and pray that He makes our paths straight. In our darkest hours after our worst sins. Don't be the fool the that returns to his folly because we can't see God or know what he is doing. What we should do is take courage and move forward in faith that Jesus will take us to a place that He wants us to be. Letting go of worldly foolishness is what we have to do to become a fool for Jesus. Because in that we become wise.

I'll rather live on my knees for Jesus, then die on my feet in the World.
